Located at the west bank of the Li River, Xianggongshan Hill is a newly developed place where photographers and hikers can enjoy a great sweeping view of the Li River and its surrounded karst mountains. The light and shadow, sea of clouds, sunrise and rosy clouds here have attracted numerous hikers and photographers. The works of Guilin photographers here have won some famous awards at the international level. The three-story viewing platform at the top of the Hill is the best place to see the first bend of the Li River.
It takes just about 20 minutes to get to the top of this Hill. When you reach there, you feel you can embrace the whole nature. The breeze is fresh, and the air is comfortable. The surrounding of Xianggongshan Hill is dotted with the peaks in various shapes and forms, just like individual indigo pearls embedded in the pearl chain.
